Hennie Welgemoed joined Botha Massyn & McKenzie (as they were known then) in 1982, after completion of his articles as MacRobert de Villiers & Hitge.
He practices in the areas of Municipal and Administrative Law, Corporate and Commercial Law, Contracts (including Joint Ventures, Suretyship, Restraint of Trade Agreements and Sole Distribution Agreements), Insolvencies, Liquidations, Customs and Excise, Divorces, Management of Homeowners Associations and Body Corporates, Evictions, Leases, Expropriation, and Freight Forwarding.
Paula is an admitted Attorney, Notary and Conveyancer, and has been in practice for 29 years. She specialises in the Property Law field, including drafting of various property related agreements, (sales and leases), Notarial Practice, (including Ante Nuptial Contracts and Servitudes), and all aspects of conveyancing (all types of Transfers, Developments, Sectional Title Schemes, Sub-divisions and Consolidations of Land).
Paula holds a post graduate diploma in Corporate Law from UNISA and served as an examiner on the Conveyancing Examination panel for 20 years.
